Krizle daha iyi m\u00fccadele edebilmek i\u00e7in firmalar\u0131n kriz y\u00f6netim planlar\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi geli\u015ftirip, etkili bir ileti\u015fim dili kullanmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Kriz nedir ve y\u00f6netimi nas\u0131l planlan\u0131r gibi sorular firmalar\u0131n korkulu r\u00fcyas\u0131 olmaya devam etmektedir.
